Cookies

This site sets one cookie. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to: no analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts.
1.The one cookie
NEXT_LOCALE remembers whether you are reading the site in English or Czech, so that a later visit opens in the same language. It contains the language code and nothing else, it is set by this site rather than by a third party, and it expires twelve months after your last visit.
Until you pick a language, the site reads the languages your browser advertises and sends you to the closest match. That happens per request and stores nothing.
2.What this site does not set
No analytics or statistics cookies. No advertising, retargeting or conversion cookies. No social network buttons, embedded videos, fonts loaded from third-party servers at page view time, or anything else that would let another company observe your visit. No fingerprinting, and no local storage used for tracking.
3.Why there is no banner
Czech law, and the ePrivacy rules behind it, require consent for cookies that are not necessary to provide the service you asked for. A cookie that holds your chosen language is necessary for exactly that, so consent is not required and a banner would be theatre.
If this site ever needs a cookie that is not necessary, it will ask first, it will work if you decline, and this page will be updated before the cookie is set.
4.Removing it
Clearing cookies for create.red in your browser removes it. The site keeps working; it simply falls back to your browser's language settings. Blocking cookies entirely also works, and your language choice then lasts only for as long as the tab is open.
5.Server logs are not cookies
Hostinger, which hosts this site, records technical data about each request whether or not any cookie is set. That is covered in the privacy notice.
