Terms of service
Last reviewed 19 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the website at create.red. They are not the terms of webuj.to or anyutil.io. Each of those services is used under its own agreement, which you accept when you sign up for it.
1.Who you are agreeing with
The site is operated by Matěj Wernisch, trading as create.red, company ID (IČO) 29519641, registered office Sokolská 1883/8, Prague 2, Czech Republic, reachable at team@create.red.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2.What the site is for
create.red describes what we build and how to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a warranty about either product, or professional advice. Product descriptions explain what a product is meant to do and may be ahead of or behind what is shipped at any moment.
3.How you may use it
You are welcome to read the site, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not:
- copy the site or substantial parts of it to publish as your own;
- crawl or request it at a rate that degrades it for other people;
- attempt to gain access to systems, accounts or data you are not entitled to, or probe its security without writing to us first;
- present yourself as create.red, webuj.to or anyutil.io, or as acting on their behalf.
4.Who owns what is on it
The text, layout, code and the create.red, webuj.to and anyutil.io names and marks belong to create.red and are protected by Czech and EU law. Reusing them beyond quotation needs written permission.
The photographs come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash License. They are not ours to license on to you.
5.Availability and accuracy
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error, and we may change, move or withdraw any part of it at any time. Links to other websites are offered for convenience; what is on them is their operators' responsibility, not ours.
6.Liability
To the extent Czech law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, including lost profit, lost data or indirect loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for harm to health or life, or any statutory right you have as a consumer.
7.Governing law and disputes
Czech law applies, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, you may also take a dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, adr.coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution, or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
8.Changes
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top.
